Adrienne has her 2200 hrs training, graduating from Alberta Massage Training.  She enjoys combining relaxation massage, deep tissue technique and trigger point therapy to develop an individual based treatment session for her clients to fit their needs.  She also specializes in prenatal massage and is also fully trained in Raindrop Therapy, cupping technique and hot/cold stone therapy.  Adrienne has also completed several Crainiosacral courses through the Upledger Institute and plans to complete the exam portion of the course in the near future.

Adrienne truly enjoys her career as a Massage Therapist as she loves making a difference and helping her clients feel their best.

When she is not massaging, she enjoys spending her time with her two children and staying active.
